Frequently asked questions.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging is a way to look inside the human body by using a strong magnetic field. Compared to X-rays, or CT scans, no radiation is involved, making this a very safe and non-invasive approach. MRI exams are the most accurate way to evaluate soft tissues within the body.

What is an MRI?

A CT scan, or computed tomography scan, is a medical imaging technique that uses special X-ray equipment to create detailed pictures of inside your body. It's like taking a series of X-ray images from different angles and then using a computer to combine them into a cross-sectional view. This helps doctors clearly see your bones, organs, tissues and even blood vessels. A CT scan can be very helpful in diagnosing diseases, injuries, or other medical conditions.

What is a CT scan?

We do our best to accommodate all patients, ensuring they receive the necessary tests to assist their physician in an accurate diagnosis. If you have concerns about your co-pay or have no insurance, call our office before your exam, and our staff will be happy to discuss payment options with you.

MRI prices can vary greatly, and hospitals tend to be much more expensive than outpatient centers. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality tests at a very competitive price in the current marketplace.

Self-Pay Options Available

An arthrogram uses Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), to evaluate joints like the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee or ankle. During an MRI arthrogram, contrast material is injected into the joint, which will outline the structures within the joint in MRI images.

What is an Arthrogram?

"The greatest gift you can give yourself and your loved ones is the gift of good health."

"I received a quick and accurate diagnosis that set me on the path to recovery.

I wholeheartedly endorse their services."

"The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the technician explained the procedure thoroughly, which really put me at ease."
